Town Gas Production

The production process is a catalytic chemical reaction through steam reforming in a high temperature reforming box.

Natural Gas or liquid Naphtha is used as input material together with steam. Lean gas consisting of a major component known as Hydrogen is the output from the reformer box followed by an Enrichment process for which the heat value is increased to the requirement for town gas. Gas, commonly known as piped gas, town gas or City Gas is produced and ready to be compressed and sent to all customers.
